Establish Leadership—The Foundation for Change
James M. Kerr
Chapter 1 in The Executive Checklist, 2014, pp 5-23 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract It’s been said that outstanding leaders lead by example. This means that they demonstrate desired qualities and behaviors to their teams through their actions and conduct. By doing so, these leaders put forth a sense that they and their staffs share the same goals and aspirations and that together, they are going to go about achieving these ambitions as one team.
