Abstract: Abstract The omnipresence of digital tools in our lives is fundamentally changing the retail environment, its rules and actors. It is one of the megatrends of the 21st century, heavily influencing and modifying the given structures of shopping and consumption. Digitalization is invading all areas of our lives at such speed that many companies have trouble keeping up.
