Abstract:
Abstract It is very easy for people to describe the characteristics of good and bad leaders they have encountered. Bad managers are often cold micro-managers, who care only about themselves. Good managers have integrity and courage. They also have political savvy and realize how important it is. Most importantly, they are able and willing to confront poor performance, which is a major source of demoralization and frustration in teams.
