Abstract:
Abstract A group of leading businesses, including BP, Ford, KPMG and Tesco, joined forces in the UK in 2013 to declare that they had gained significant and tangible financial benefits from having an ‘sagile’s workforce. In a big step forward by the business community, they launched the ‘sAgile Future Forum’s to persuade other organizations to follow suit, saying this would be in the interests of the country’s economic competitiveness.
