Abstract: Abstract Systemic interventions aim to impact all relevant aspects of the organization. As organizational development consultants, we often consider an initiative’s impact on various levels: individual, group (two or more people), organizational, and transorganizational.1 For example, when considering changes to a company’s reward system, we might examine the impact of different rewards on employee motivation (individual), internal competition in teams (group), the company’s climate and culture (organizational), and competitiveness in the labor market (transorganizational).
