Chapter Chapter 10 in Leadership in Balance, 2014, pp 143-148 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract It was in the spirit of Peter Senge’s observation that “from experience rather than concepts” come the most profound, yet simple, ideas that led John Kucia to join with Fr. Michael Graham, S. J., president of Xavier University, and A. G. Lafley, CEO of Procter & Gamble, to pursue a doctoral dissertation titled, “Leadership in Balance: The Role of Collaboration for Leading Change in a Living Organization.”
