New Behaviors That Correlate to The Eight Ways of Thinking

John F. Kucia and Linda S. Gravett

Chapter Chapter 7 in Leadership in Balance, 2014, pp 87-103 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we will offer suggestions for a new set of behaviors for today’s leaders drawn from interviews with successful executives in resilient organizations such as Procter & Gamble, The Boeing Company, and Parker Hannifin. We will describe building a leader from the inside out allowing the authentic self to be intentionally present in situations, such as leading the organization through turbulence and change.
