Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we’ll continue with a more concrete discussion about how leaders are thinking as they navigate the often-complex global workplace, utilizing elements of The Kucia Balance Framework. We’ll share how CEOs we interviewed use this framework and recommend ways that the reader can effectively operate within this approach.
