Chapter 3 in Access to Justice, 2014, pp 6-11 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract This chapter deals with the issue of how individual citizens might enforce their rights to compensation (as opposed, for example, to administrative redress or human rights). It does not address any particular jurisprudential model which generates these rights, but, instead, looks to effective enforcement of them.
