Chapter 7 in Leadership in a Globalized World, 2014, pp 267-271 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This book evolved from the experiences of the author working in a variety of leadership positions in complex environments around the world. Typical challenges facing decision makers in light of complexities from the increased interactions and interconnections in a globalized world were presented. Through a series of real-life case studies the book has introduced the degree of interconnectedness and how it affects the process of decision-making and, indeed, the outcomes of key decisions.
