Chapter 1 in Women’s Voices in Management, 2015, pp 3-11 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In her essay concluding Feminine Genius trilogy, Julia Kristeva questioned the equality of women moving into the professional and political spheres, as contrasted with men, notwithstanding their emancipation. She argued that her three heroines Hannah Arendt, Melanie Klein, and Colette — women geniuses — exhibited high risk-taking proclivities, embracing a critical stance and speaking their authentic voices (Kristeva, 2004).
