A chapter in Entrepreneurial Icebreakers, 2015, pp 130-146 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Emil Tedeschi, the founder and CEO of Atlantic Grupa, had just finished a long management board meeting. On the way to his office, he weighed the pros and cons of the decision they had discussed. He had often expressed the desire to further expand internationally and become a true regional player. Now a new acquisition opportunity could accelerate reaching that goal. He and his team needed to decide if this was the right strategic move or not — and if they were prepared.
