Regrets … I’ve Had a Few
John R. Bell
Chapter 9 in Do Less Better, 2014, pp 199-211 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In chapter 1, I alluded to the fact that if I had a second chance, I would have done a few things differently in my role as a chief executive. I have two categories of regrets— one is cultural, and the other is strategic. For starters, I would have injected more fun into a corporate atmosphere that was intensely (and necessarily) competitive, but needlessly serious.
