Abstract: Abstract An In-depth Research of the Bureaucracy (Kanryou Dai Kenkyuu) by Tetsuo Ebato was published in 1990. Ebato graduated with a degree in economics from Tokyo University before entering Mitsui Bank. He left the company to become a freelance writer. His book regards the Defense Agency, the Supreme Court, the former Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and MITI.
