Abstract:
Abstract As the New Normal grows in scope and intensity, leaders increasingly face harsh realities and unprecedented demands. Although charisma and technical–managerial competence are useful, the New Normal operating environment features an extraordinary mix of cognitive, moral, and emotional demands, diminishing the value of these assets.
