Snapshots of Leadership: Interpreting Paul through the Multiple Lenses of Social Science Research
J. Lee Whittington
Chapter Chapter 3 in Biblical Perspectives on Leadership and Organizations, 2015, pp 65-94 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In Chapter 2, I evaluated Paul as a spiritual leader who was empowered by the Holy Spirit to fulfill his God-given mission. In that chapter I examined the motives and methods Paul used to accomplish the task he had been called to do. The effectiveness of his leadership was tied to his mission and measured by the changed lives of his followers.
