Abstract: Abstract Daniel wanted to celebrate at a meeting of all employees. Government regulators had dropped the bank from their watch list. He was not surprised; the bank’s loan quality and other measures were inching up. And, to be frank, the government’s standards were modest. Still, it was direct confirmation that the bank was moving in the right direction and a good reason to celebrate. He thought that as everyone had contributed to the bank’s progress, all should be informed and recognized.
