Chapter Chapter 7 in Building the Team Organization, 2015, pp 101-119 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Daniel and his Leader Development Team (LTD) members liked the idea that they should develop teamwork by working with employees as a team. They could show what teamwork looked like as they introduced and developed more teamwork in their organizations. Imposing teamwork directly would be ineffective; it sent the wrong message that the leader alone drives teamwork. Team members themselves must make their teams work. The method of change should reinforce the message of teamwork.
