Family R&D: Preparing the Next Generation
Linda Davis Taylor
Chapter Chapter 13 in The Business of Family, 2015, pp 157-166 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In business, meeting the needs of tomorrow’s customers requires constant innovation. Staying ahead of the game is the game. Success isn’t simply about churning out the next product first. Achieving the right balance between sticking with the status quo versus trying something new is every company’s challenge. This also applies to families as they strive to preserve their legacy while evolving with changing times.
