Vision and Values: Put Family Members and Principles First
Linda Davis Taylor
Chapter Chapter 3 in The Business of Family, 2015, pp 43-53 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Strong values are the backbone of a good business as well as a good family. Whether protecting a corporation’s brand or a family’s reputation, values are key. Much as a firm can be damaged by fraud, a family will suffer if it puts its money ahead of members or ideals. Taking shortcuts never pays.
