Forging Family Partnerships
Linda Davis Taylor
Chapter Chapter 4 in The Business of Family, 2015, pp 57-67 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Doing business today is all about teamwork. The era of the lonely lighthouse keeper is a thing of the past, as are the command-and-control CEOs, dispensing orders from their own kind of tower. These days, workers have to collaborate to get the job and get the job done. Family members are just as interdependent. Call it being connected to common ground.
