Abstract For yourself, this chapter may cause a bit of an embarrassment: “Just got caught!” However, that is the purpose, the realization that we are very easily becoming victims of our own beliefs and possible prejudices. At the organizational level the insight should be: “Yes, that is us as an organization… But then again, everyone else in our industry is doing the same…”
