Chapter Chapter 5 in The Ambidextrous Organization, 2015, pp 131-164 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this book we discuss ambidexterity from two perspectives, the individual leader and the organization. In the introduction to Part II we discussed the development opportunities for both individuals and organizations in order to increase their respective “bandwidth.” In this chapter we will investigate approaches to purposefully linking individual development opportunities to organizational development.
