Abstract: Abstract This chapter details the indicative reporting and controlling mechanisms to be administered during implementation of large government programs. It highlights how one can make the program management office effective for successful execution of such government programs with necessary controls; the chapter also briefs about the importance of benefits realisation and program closure.
