Abstract:
Abstract I have demonstrated that by following a formal structured methodology, the governments involved will have better visibility and control over large programs. The implementation revealed that the phases and processes of the new methodology supported the overall management, planning and control over the project activities; promoted effective communication; improved scope and risk management; and ensured quality deliverables.
