Chapter 6 in The Secret Sauce, 2015, pp 101-121 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract A year later, Gage was judging a cooking contest at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, so he made the short drive to the mountains to see his friend Chip. As he made the drive up to the club he was doing some honest reckoning with himself. Even though, by all standards, his business was still profitable, he was still feeling that sense of discontent that he couldn’t explain.
