Chapter 7 in Fast Cultural Change, 2015, pp 202-210 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This research aimed to answer the question as to whether middle management is important and influences organisational cultural change. The findings support the previously stated five propositions according to their importance, influence, roles and realisation as part of the cultural change activities. This concluding chapter discusses how the findings contribute to existing literature about middle management and discusses the limitations of this research. The chapter closes with recommendations for further research and presents practical implications for the implementation of cultural change in organisations.
