Chapter 4 in Post-Materialistic Business: Spiritual Value-Orientation in Renewing Management, 2015, pp 78-79 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract The materialistic business model does not fit in the reality of the 21st century. It does not produce true well being for people, and at the same time, it massively destroys the ecology of the Earth. For achieving ecological sustainability and human well being, business should go beyond its materialistic value-orientation and embrace spiritual values as guiding principles for its operations.
