Chapter Chapter 10 in Working with Christian Servant Leadership Spiritual Intelligence, 2016, pp 209-257 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract God has endowed all Christians with a general and specific followership and leadership calling. The workplace is a vitally important domain for working out our salvation with fear and trembling, and this chapter delineates key elements of our irrevocable leadership calling such as defining success in God’s terms, not the desires of the heart or the definitions of the world. The foundational principles of servant followership and leadership are at the center of our callings. These sections reinforce the multidimensional nature of servant leadership beginning with a heart of service and humility. We must learn to serve like Jesus before we can begin to lead as he does.
