Abstract:
Abstract Prof. Berg said that since wage structures are obviously very complex, his paper concentrated on those relationships which seem to be the most significant, either because they are most important in the area of wage policy or because they receive most attention in the literature. The most important wage differential in the policy context, the rural-urban differential, had been discussed.
