Abstract:
Abstract During the past eighteen months, important changes have taken place in the management of France’s national economy. These changes, which have passed almost unnoticed by British observers, affect all the major fields of economic management — and mark a substantial break with the past for France. It is the purpose of this section to examine these changes and to briefly suggest their possible implications.
