Abstract: Abstract The obligations regarding workers and Social Security imposed by the Treaty setting up the European Coal and Steel Community on the High Authority (the executive body of the E.C.S.C.) and those imposed by the Treaty setting up the European Economic Community on the Commission (the executive body of the E.E.C.) are different one from the other.
