Armand Dormael
Chapter 11 in Bretton Woods, 1978, pp 109-126 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract After several weeks of negotiations in Washington, Keynes had returned to London. He and White had been making speeches at each other, and although they agreed on a number of questions, many areas of disagreement remained. Keynes had refused to sign the draft purporting to be a record of their conversations, and White had not initialled the revised version that was subsequently distributed.
