A chapter in Accounting Control and Financial Strategy, 1979, pp 1-5 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This case describes one company’s (ABM) approach to financial planning. By describing the process of strategy formulation, financial strategy-making, financial planning and ultimately financial control, the case illustrates the tasks involved, their complexity and their interrelationships. There is scope for critical assessment and discussion within a real and practical context.
