Abstract: Abstract This book was written on the basis of data gathered in research done by the author or under his supervision in a number of all-union associations and foreign trade departments. Its purpose is to collate the experience accumulated by foreign trade departments and organizations with regard to the rationalization of management and the organization of labor and to examine some methodological and practical problems entailed in improving the management system in foreign trade.
