Abstract:
Abstract This chapter examines the government’s expenditure plans for education. It is divided into three sections: the first presents an overview of the government’s education spending plans. In the second section, the detailed spending plans for the different sectors of education are described and discussed. The final section presents a somewhat critical economic perspective of the White Paper’s spending plans for education.
