Abstract:
Abstract The concept of risk started from the very beginning of the universe because it is related to chance. Darwin showed that the development of the species took place through the selection process from a number of alternatives. Those who chose a course which made them fitter and stronger survived, those who failed to do so disappeared completely from this earth.
