Abstract:
Abstract The antagonistic social relations of production, which form around the surplus extraction process in the USSR, express themselves most directly through a variety of labour discipline problems. These are central to the explanation of the slow-down in economic growth provided in Figure 3.1 and they need to be placed in context.
