Abstract Providers of recreational facilities and organisers of recreational activities attract legal duties relating to their responsibilities. This chapter will consider those duties under the following four main headings: duties owed to participants, spectators and other visitors; duties owed to neighbours; duties owed to employees and the duty to comply with the law.
