Abstract:
Abstract Together with the practical results which it presented regarding the way in which British and Irish banks approach and utilise AI technology, this research helped refine thoughts on how to build an environment for the successful implementation of expert systems in banking. An integral part of this reference is how to sell this concept to management, including the risks and opportunities which it involves.
