Chapter 11 in Business Workshop, 1991, pp 111-120 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract You wouldn’t send a very urgent letter second class ordinary letter post — would you? Lots of postal services are available and, when you have an item to send through the post, you have to find the service that best suits your needs. Some points you may consider: ❖ The size and weight of the item. ❖ The cost of the service. Some services offer special security handling and this makes them more expensive than other services. ❖ The speed at which the item will reach its destination.
