Abstract:
Abstract In recent years the proliferation of collaborative arrangements between firms has stimulated much academic study into the phenomenon. The evolution of joint venture activity has attracted a great deal of interest with research joint ventures receiving particular attention. There are now a number of databases providing evidence as to patterns of corporate activity in this area.
