Organizational innovation and entrepreneurial formation. Some comparative remarks

Bruno Grancelli

A chapter in Privatization and Entrepreneurship in Post-Socialist Countries, 1992, pp 89-109 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract If one looks at the processes involved in the current abandonment of ‘real socialism’, one notes two phenomena in particular. First, there is a tendency for national differences to be accentuated according to the specific historical, cultural and political features of each country concerned. Second, there is, everywhere, the same mismatch between the rapid pace of political change and the slow and contradictory progress of structural transformations, in a context of grave economic crisis.
