Abstract:
Abstract The Community’s policymaking powers have evolved considerably over the past four decades. Signatories to the Paris Treaty (1951), Rome Treaty (1957), and Single European Act (1986) transferred significant national policymaking powers to Brussels.1 A federal United States of Europe may not be far off.
