National Innovation Systems: A Retrospective on a Study
Richard Nelson
Chapter 16 in Organization and Strategy in the Evolution of the Enterprise, 1996, pp 381-409 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:

This is a difficult task, for the project was not only large but also complex.
