Chapter 10 in Energise Your Enterprise, 1999, pp 163-177 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The last of the twenty-one lessons for the innovative leader was ‘Create innovation teams’. We have discussed teamworking and innovation and I come up with the almost inescapable conclusion that: Innovation + Teamworking = Innovation Teams Innovation teams are the most powerful means imaginable for enabling all people throughout the enterprise to direct their intellectual and practical energies towards innovation. In so doing they not only improve every aspect of the enterprise, its products, services and processes, but also ensure their own personal growth.
