Abstract:
Abstract During the course of 1941 Winston Churchill and Roosevelt had a meeting which issued a communiqué known as the Atlantic Charter. This constituted an agreed statement of aims for a better world, when the war should be over. It included a reference to economic opportunities for all peoples.
