Abstract:
Abstract The Investment Committee of General Development Investments Ltd was considering an investment in Manaus Woodpulp Corporation in June 1976. The Committee had also to decide how to divide any investment made between equity participation and debt. The Brazilian Government would not allow the proportion of equity to rise above half of the contribution of any single investor.
