Chapter 8 in An Introduction to National Accounts Statistics, 1980, pp 103-114 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Each Laspeyres index constructed to measure changes in output has a matching price index of implied (Paasche) form (7.2 above) and one of them was calculated and included in Table 7.3. There is a whole matrix of such price index numbers implied by GDP(E) at constant market prices and at constant factor cost, and by GDP(O) at constant factor cost, both in totals and for groups and sub-groups which make up the components.
