Abstract:
Abstract ‘Throughout the world, political and economic structures are undergoing drastic changes. Since the end of the Second World War there has been no period more in need of strong and steadfast leadership. Because of this, the triad of the US, the European Economic Community (EC) and Japan is expected to play a major leadership role in the world, but their cooperation so far has not been sufficient.
